Our Policy

If this is your first appointment at Skinny JAX, please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can complete your skin care history information and treatment consent forms.

We understand that life is busy and your schedule can be hectic. If you feel like you may be late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. Depending on your how late you arrive, we may not be able to complete the full treatment. Glo reserves the right to reschedule your appointment if you do run late.

In today’s hustling and bustling society, we know that things come up, and plans can change. Please give us a call as soon as you can if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you don’t show up for your appointment or fail to notify us, you will be charged $50. We require a 24-hour cancellation notification.

Our skin care specialists will ensure you have the perfect product for specific for you and your skin type! We do not accept returns for any opened skin care products. For any items that are unopened, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for in store credit only.

Skinny JAX accepts HSA cards, Care Credit, all major credit cards – American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and of course cash and check.
